How do I place an order?
You can place an order online by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners Club. We will confirm your order by email immediately after it has been made.

If you would prefer to order over the phone and send a cheque or arrange for some other form of payment, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can you deliver anywhere?
We can deliver anywhere in the UK, Europe or the United States. Selecting the region option for the country where you would like your bag delivered will take you to the appropriate area of the website. If you are purchasing for delivery in a country that is not your country of residence your credit card provider will make the currency conversion and the rate will be shown on your statement.

If you would like to make a purchase for delivery outside the UK, Europe or the United States, please contact us.

How secure is the payment system you use?
We use Protx, the largest independent payment service provider in the UK. The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. The internet facing web servers are certified by verifying, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to attain secure information.

The transfer of the transaction details to Protx is 128bit encrypted and digitally signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper proof.

Where can I see Sandstorm Kenya bags?
We have two shops in Nairobi, one at our head office at Lenana Forest Centre on the Ngong Road and one at Village Market. You can find full details here.

Outside Kenya you will find a list of stores that stock Sandstorm Kenya bags & accessories here. If you can’t see a store in your area please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

How long will delivery take?
We process all orders within 24 hours and if all items are in stock, we will dispatch your order by courier the next business day. How long the courier takes to arrive depends on the delivery address and courier options selected but for normal orders please allow up to 7 days. If your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact us and we will be happy to help trace it.

What is your returns policy?
We're sure you will be delighted with your Sandstorm purchase. However if you are not satisfied please call us on +44 (0)131 225 8510 and we will be happy to organise a refund. All we ask is that the goods are returned unused within 30 days.

What is the best way to care for my Sandstorm bag?

Sandstorm bags are handcrafted from high quality materials that are designed to improve in look and feel with age. Mud should be left to dry then brushed off with a soft cloth or suede brush. Liquid spills should be gently cleaned with warm soapy water as soon as possible. If the bag is caught out in the rain, allow to dry naturally in the shade. The leather is best left alone or if you believe it does need treatment just polish with a soft cloth and a gentle leather conditioner. Should your Sandstorm bag ever be in need of repair our retailers will be happy to provide you with options or please contact us for advice.
