LIFETIME GUARANTEEEvery Sandstorm Kenya product comes with a lifetime guarantee: in the unlikely event of any defects in materials or workmanship, return it to us and we will repair it at our expense (or replace it if it cannot be repaired). Simply contact us detailing the nature of the defect and we will either arrange collection or send you a replacement. This guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, however our retailers will be happy to provide you with options for repairing or refurbishing your bag should this be necessary.
