We guarantee that we will refund any item you are not completely happy with. We simply ask that you return the item to us in its original condition, including tags and any packaging, within 14 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

How do I make a return?
Returns are free for UK customers only.
Please use the label on the delivery and returns note that is enclosed with your goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
If your returns label is missing please contact us, and we will send one to you. If you live outside the UK any returns must be made at your own cost.

Will my original delivery charges be refunded?
If a product is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, or if a product has been sent to you in error, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid; the exception being if the product you are returning was sent to you together with other products which you are not returning.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will first need to return the order if you have already received it. If you decide to cancel your order from SandstormKenya.com, you must let us know in writing (email is fine), quoting the order number.
Special Orders from Kenya
If you place a special order that is shipped from Kenya you will need to meet the delivery costs of any return.
