This exclusive range is crafted from a combination of Camel and Cowhide. The camel hides are first tanned to bring out their deep golden colour then embossed to give a rich, textured finish.
 

Camel leather has a higher tensile strength than bovine leather – the perfect choice for a range of exclusive bags that combine classic and distinctive looks with outstanding durability.

These noble, nomadic animals from Kenya 's Northern Frontier District are not farmed for their leather meaning camel leather is an extremely rare commodity. Only a few selected hides are available annually and Sandstorm is the only company in the world making these limited edition bags.
 
The Sandstorm range of Canvas and Cowhide bags and accessories ensures that the discerning traveller has everything they need, in co-ordinated style.  All items are available in safari tan and olive green, with selected items available in beige.
 

Every item in the Canvas and Cowhide range is crafted from authentic 18oz safari-grade 100% cotton canvas that has been treated to make it water resistant. The same canvas that is used to make premium safari tents is combined with cowhide leather that has been finished using a ‘pull-up' technique to give a distinctive appearance that actually improves with age. Double-stitched stress points and solid brass fittings complete the rugged Sandstorm specification.
